Hi. I would like to make a tattoo iwth that text. Can be I love You Mother too. Great thanks for any help, but please, be sure with that !

No. It sounds terrible and unnatural.
"Не забуду мать родную" is a sort of slogan (although it has a... special connotation), so "мать" is okay there.

I only don't understand why you need that tattoo. Does you mother read Russian?.. Does she see your naked body everyday?.. Can't you just tell her you love her?..

My mom would probably be offended if I called her that.
Мама is good word to say you love her. Мать is a formal word (it's not even like 'mother' in English, but rather 'female parent'). I love you, my female parent sounds awful, wouldn't you say.
The things get worse if you remember that 'мать' is mentioned very frequently in Russian swearing.

And another thing: my mom would disapprove of me having tattoos, even with so nice words.
