    "I love you"

    Hello!

    I was wondering if anyone could help me with the spelling and pronunciation of "I love you" in russian, my boyfriend's russian and I wanted to surprise him

    Ya - as in see ya!
    lyu - as in LYOU
    blyu - as in BLYOU
    tibya - pretty straightforwad

    But intonation does also play an effect

    no, тебя sound pretty much like тибя at normal speed. Е ---> И in unstressed positions (generally).

    Ok, you guys have messed up the grammar. "I love you" in Russian is "ya tebya lyublyu", ok? You say it like this...
