I can only assume you wrote this song. You should know that whoever translates it will own the rights to the translation, so if you have some band or something you will have to respect the copyright laws that will be applicable if you do not translate it yourself. It is the same logic (if logic can ever be factored into intellectual property laws) that dictates a new translation of a book from 400 years ago is not under the public domain despite the original author having no rights to the book. Just something to bear in mind if this is in fact what you plan to do with the translation.

It is a pseudo-popular song in the United-States.

I hope you also realize. 90 percent of this is slang... american slang at that, which is impossible to translate into russian while mainting a level of making sense. By the time you are done with the song trasnlations the lyrics will be so diffrent, it will be an entirely new song. Also, the chance of it rhyming, or being able to go good with the rythm is very small. Good luck!
