That would depend on the context. The most literal translation is
Я думаю, что вы очень добры. (Ya dumayu, chto vy ochen' dobry) But I doubt that a native speaker would say that way.

How about this:

Мне кажется, вы добрейшей души человек!
Mne kazhetsya, vy dobreishei dushi cheloviek!
