    should be:
    тише едешь дальше будешь

    = Больше дела, меньше слов
    Less talk, more action!

    THESE ARE DIFFERENT SAYINGS, PER LATER COMMENTS. But I'm leaving it just to show myself that I don't know everything!

    Haste makes waste. sounds good to me! Thanks for the corrections. Now I know what тише едешь, дальше будешь means.

    Well, I think these two sayings have almost nothing in common.
    "Tише едешь дальше будешь" is more like "Поспешишь - людей насмешишь!".
    Lingvo gives such translations:
    more haste, less speed — тише едешь, дальше будешь
    haste makes waste — поспешишь - людей насмешишь
