Well, I guess you would use something more like "eggies" (яичники) and lingvo says "грудное сцеженное молоко". Not that fundamentally speaking there is any difference -- I don't think I need to give biology lessons --- but these individual words might change based on the context... Mostly though, I just wanted to contradict you and be argumentative.
