    what does this message mean ???

    The underlined part seems to be missing some words. The word in red was probably also omitted by mistake. It says that it is a love letter that you have to send to 5 friends to be immersed in love for 3 months, however if you fail to do so you will end up being lonely for 3 years.
    Some stupid childish stuff if you ask me...

    The first part is probably a typo, it should be eto-serdce lybvi. "This is a heart of love" (probably referring to a picture with the email)

    I also think the first part is a typo. Actually, I'm sure it's a typo because 'eto - serdec lybvi' doesn't make much sense in Russian. That's good that you noticed this mistake, kalinka_vinnie! Good job!
