I can't use the word "русском" since "Russian" does not exist in this game, there is just a language everybody uses. In English we used to call the fantasy language "Common languge"... so for instance a character may say: "Speak in common! I do not speak your tongue."
but I don't know if it makes since in Russian - "просторечие"?
