Thread: German - English - Russian

Hi all,

German: Ich will dich nicht vergessen aber die Zeit erzaehlt..
English: I don't want to forget you, but time will tell..
Russian: Ya ne hochy zabyvat tebja, no vremja delajet..

I'm happy with the Ger-Eng translation, but is the above an accurate translation of the English into Russian?

More importantly, does it sound natural?

Я не хочу забывать тебя, но время покажет.
Ya ne hochy zabyvat tebja, no vremja pokazet..

(no vremja delajet.. = but time does/makes - the meaning is unclear)
