Looks like a russian form of linkin logs to me, but it says.
"Wooden house builder (constructor)."

Maybe it was made for export. But then why the other names are in Russian? Or maybe they did it in case it somehow gets into hands of someone who doesn't know Russian.

It is funny. I lived the better part of my life in the country called USSR, and I can't readily answer this question. It is one of those things that seem so matter-of-fact that you don't pay attention to them.
"Сделано в" does sound more familiar than "Произведено в", however. In fact, I am sure I saw the former quite a few times and very seldom, if ever, saw the latter. On the other hand, if my memory serves me correctly, the products intended strictly for the domestic market seldom had this inscription. And if a product was going to be exported, it typically bore this inscription in English, like on that toy building set. For example, most of Soviet watches and clocks proudly stated: "Made in USSR".
