    yes.
    Хвать!
    Enough, Stop
Хвать instead of "хватит" is modern and slangish (it imitates fast speech like "слышь", for example). You hardly ever see it in the book about "hats" and "cows".

More commonly this exclamation is supposed to express unexpectedness of some event (and sometimes speaker's surprise on that matter), especially when something suddenly appears or disappears:
Отвлекся на минуту, хвать - а сумки уже нет! Украли.

Also can be used more literally when describing grabbing something (from "хватать"):
А я его хвать за руку! ~ I grabbed him (fast, unexpectedly) by his hand.
    Да нет уж!
    What the hell!
    More like "No way!"
    Почто коровушку-то не прогоняла?
Why, did she not take the cattle out?
No surprise here, just a reproach:
Why did she/you not make the cow to go away? (but "прогонять" can have other meanings depending on the context)
    бабоньки
    old women
Any adult women, actually (say, older than 25y/o ), especially village ones.
    попритчилось?
what is the meaning of this?
попритчилось - from the (VERY) obsolete verb "притчиться" (the root is "притча" - parable). Possible meanings (it depends on the context):

    1) казаться (in your case - показалось)
    2) считаться, говориться (они притчат = они считают, говорят (что)),
    3) судиться (i.e. to be predestined to happen, from "судьба"), случиться, произойти (usually when talking about some misfortune).
