ok, i have 2 paragraphs that i cant get my head around and some words i wanted to check, firstly would the translation 'legal delivery' suit сдача in the following
Сдача объекта госкомиссии or would just delivery be ok?

secondly, in this sentence Расходы на фирменное оформление и навигацию по торговому центру what could navigation refer to? i would guess it was something linked to the corporate image as opposed to the physical navigation of the mall.

and there are 2 sentences i dont get:
Доля целевой выручки проекта в платежеспособном спросе выше доли проекта в абсолютном предложении площадей это означает, что торговый центр будет вынужден перераспределять часть расходов населения из других торговых объектов в свою пользу

the latter half i understand and i think the first part would be ok too apart from абсолютном предложении площадей

and lastly
По мере продвижения и экономического развития общества люди более концентрируются на самореализации. Предложение товаров и услуг более не является просто предложением, но совокупностью качества этого предложения и его соответствия ценностям и ожиданиям потребителя

the thing confusing me here is Предложение товаров и услуг более не является просто предложением, но совокупностью качества этого предложения и его соответствия ценностям и ожиданиям потребителя

Planned 'revenue per square' for this object is greater than for other objects. Thus this particular one will have to attract potential customers somehow.

I don't think legal delivery would work here. "Сдача" here means getting the constructed building (or a complex of buildings, or whatever the text is talking about) checked and OK'ed by a special offical controlling body (госкомиссия), which checks if the building meets architectural, construction, environmental safety or any other standards that may exit in this particular place.

Various signs with arrows, textual information or pictographs that help shoppers find a specific shop in a mall (or a department in a big store). This is a fairly new meaning of "навигация" in Russian, a sort of trade slang.

абсолютное предолжение площадей - I think that means the total of offices/store spaces available for rent or purchase on the market. For example, if a total of 200,000 square meters of spaces/offices/shops is offered for sale or rent at a given moment, that would be абсолютное предложение площадей at this particular moment.

It is not just confusing you, it is confusing, period. I guess the author wanted to say that today, it is not enough to offer a commodity to consumers: one should also take in account if that commodity meets expectation of its prospective consumers. But your guess is as good as mine.
