Somebody ran this through an online translator, didn't they?
    Roughly:

My computer does not have internet access. This is because I reinstalled Windows XP again. I need to work with the video that I shot in Argentina.

Now....??????? (I left behind the everything but the computer?). And now I to tap the internet. I don't have many programs on my computer. And there's not a translation (program, presumably). But soon all will be.

Tell this person not to use translators anymore. This is bad.
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

Whoever wrote this, isn't a native Russian.

My computer didn't have Internet, because I reinstalled Windows XP. I needed to work with video that I filmed in Argentina.

Now I am downloading it all to the computer. Now I am connected to the Internet. I don't have alot of programs on my computer. I don't have a translator yet, but I soon will.

Actually it is possible that it was a Russian but he/she wanted to play a trick on you. Also this could be a Russian who doesn't know Russian on a native speaker level (for example a Russian who was adopted into a foreign family as a little child).

I had the same thought too. It could be also a non-Russian who consulted with a native speaker of Russian and yet made some mistakes.

This is obviously a ploy to entrap you by the infamous Belgian Intelligence Agency. They are readying their invastion of the neighboring republics of Argentina and Russia. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid.

Is he perhaps mocking you or testing your knowledge of Russian then? Maybe he wanted to see if you noticed the errors?

Perhaps not mocking, just wanting her to recognize the verbs which she might not find in the dictionary in their conjugated forms.
