Can someone please translate "Мой Троюшка!" to English? The Google translator result is "My Troyushka!" which I don't understand.

Is "Троюшка" a person's name (male or female) or is this slang?

When I search google for the word "Троюшка" pictures of retriever dogs show up. Very confusing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been chatting with a Russian woman who lives in Kazan via Skype for about 8 months. I'm planning to visit her in a couple of months but now I have some reservations about the trip because it seems as though she might have a significant other because during our last chat she pasted this message into our conversation by mistake.
