    Примерно так:
Deep underneath me was the noisy stream, strengthened with the storm.

I don't know but maybe that just doesn't translate into English.

    Лермонтова
I think "Лермонтов_" is much better here
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

OK. I thought it was "of Lermintov" or Lermintov's; indicating it was his somehow.

Then it is better to say "из Лермонтова"
Could you please occasionally correct my stupid errors!

Hey, k_v that's good. Let's look at the stress pattern.

    Внизу́́́́ глубо́́́́ко подо мно́́́́й
    пото́́́́к, уси́́́́ленный грозо́́́́й,
    шуме́́́́л.

    -'-'---'
    -'-'---'
    -'

Note no stress on подо - preps. are treated as part of the following word (i.e. as if подомно́́́́й). Trying to keep the meter

    And far below me,
    strengthened by the storm,
    the stream did roar.

I'm not so sure about "clamored". "roar" neither. Do you have another verb?

    But this gives us
    -'-'-
    '---'
    -'-'.
Needs a lot of work. Second line needs smth like "made stronger by the storm -'-'-'. Gets it closer to match the first line.

Ok, let's try to make the stress pattern work.

    Deep down me beneath,
    Powered by the storm,
    A stream loudly roared.

    How about that?

    Sounds real good y'all
Well, I don't know what to say. I want to say thanks to the Academy, to Mama, to Papa and to my dog. I love you all.
