Я читал етот газетный заголовок в Русском журнале. Думаю, что значит по-английсски <<Americans (to) study circumstances of explosions in Moscow>>(?).. Но, почему ето изучат, а не изучает или изучать?

Это не изучает, потому что это plural, и это не изучать потому что it is conjigated, and more than one person is doing it. After "ч", you don't put "я". Поняли?

изучат means the future action - they will study (investigate) the circumstances. While изучают means that they're doing it now. изучать can't be used here Американцы изучать is impossible.

АГА! Это вид глагола! Я никогда не помню вид глагола, хотя бы он важен вспоминать. Ну да, мы должны учить через ошибки. Когда-нибудь ошибки будут уроками прошлого..... надеюсь. Спасибо.

How do you say,

to Study - Изучать
to Learn - Учиться
to Teach - Учить

If these are right, could someone use them in sentences?
I'm not sure about these, but help me.

I'm studying German.
Я изучаю немецкий (язык).

I'm learning Russian.
Я учусь русскому (языку).

My dad is teaching me French.
Мой отец меня учит французскому (языку).

If you have a direct object (for example "I'm studying (learning) Russian" here "Russian" is the direct object (What?) ) then "to study" and "to learn" both translates to "изучать" or "учить"
Examples:
Я учу новые слова - I'm learning new words.
Я изучаю биологию - I study biology (here it's not recommended to say Я учу биологию because изучать means a long process of studying biology, not just remembering it and that's what we want to say here).
But if there's infininitive after "to learn" then it's translated to "учусь"
Я учусь играть на гитаре - I'm learning to play the guitar.
(to play is the infininitive here).
Учусь is also used when you specify an institution (where do you study or learn?) - Я учусь в школе (в университете) - I study at school, I go to school.

To teach can be translated to "учить" if there's a direct object (What?) and "обучать" if there's an inderect object (Whom?)
Examples:
Она учит меня танцевать - She teaches me to dance.
Он обучает Немецкому языку - He teaches German.

I'm studying German - Я учу (or изучаю) Немецкий (язык)

I'm learning Russian - Я учу (or изучаю) Русский (язык). (remember учусь can only be used if there's infinitive (to+verb)!)
Just try this - I'm learning to play football.

My dad is teaching me French. - Мой отец меня учит французскому (языку). or Мой отец обучает меня французскому (языку).
