Siriusly, I am sure there are a lot of web sites for Russians to learn English because there are a lot more Russians trying to learn English than English-speakers trying to learn Russian. Unfortunately I don't know of any such sites since I am not trying to learn English.
    Я взял палку и нож, мелки и бумагу и направился к холмам.

Guy, they are trying to teach you some Russian . How would you learn otherwise?
Well, I don't know what to say. I want to say thanks to the Academy, to Mama, to Papa and to my dog. I love you all.

Don't you like it? That here are too many Russians?

Siriusly, what were you really trying to say?
Personally, I interpreted your message as "why Russians talk English more than Russian here?"
Many others understood it as "why there are more native Russian speakers than leaners here?"

The answer is the same though.

Я лично больше времени провожу на форуме efl.ru, чем на этом. Там русские, которые изучают английский. Там дежурю над ними, как Оля дежурит над нами!

I liked the responses I received to my query. First of all, I like Russians, of course this is just personal arbitrary idiosyncracy.
The gist of my argument is this: Russians who you this web site are somewhat paranoid and insecure. They feel a sense of power being able to speak Russian fluently when they know that legitimate users are weak at Russian. I will discuss this further at some later date, because my wife just yelled at me to come to bed!

Hmm... Paranoid? How come? Well, I can't agree here. I can think only of one or two native Russian speakers who pefer posting in Russian, and I suppose they mostly do so when they are unsure in their English skills.

You know, I just like my native language very much. I know it quite well. And I don't have paranoia or megalomania.
I'm here, because it's interesting for me. And I'm glad to help anyone with Russian.

If you think that someome likes to feel superior to you, then you yourself are somewhat paranoid and insecure.

they know that legitimate users are weak at Russian.
    Are Russians not legitimate users?

    P.S. Thanks kalinka_vinnie for corrections

I'd guess that, for a Russian-speaker who wishes to learn English, they're likely to receive better help from an English-speaker who wants to learn Russian than from anyone else. Seems like pretty natural recoprocity to me.
