    What does this mean?

    What is this stuff mean under the author of a message? And what are those circles underneath? I'm lost.

    They are both based on # of posts...

    Почётный участник = "Honorable participant" *

    yours is: Увлечённый спикер = "keen speaker" *
    I'm : Младший оракул = "younger oracle" *

    When you reach a certain # of posts, you get another circle.

    I think the translations you gave are very good.
    When you reach a certain # of posts, you get another circle.
