Sometimes this way works (дворец спорта, дворец пионеров), but usually the word center is used with pronoun: спортивный центр, развлекательный центр, торговый центр, медицинский центр etc. So, the best translation of the “centre of weddings” is «свадебный центр».
That makes sense - thanks!
