It is used in songs or maybe poetry mostly. At least I've never heard it in common speech. The same as "love", krasavitsa is added just for euphony?

Lubov is also a Russian female name. In this case it translates as Lubov (name) - beauty.

lubov krasavitca are literally two nouns, love beauty
It may be a song title or it may be not, we don't know. At least, it is NOT recognized as a line from a song by the native Russians.
