That's not a superstition it's a tradition. We put an even number of flowers on the grave, it's not for "bad luck", it just reminds funeral to your husband.

I like the little coffins for decoration idea , especially for Halloween!

I just had a second thought.... Here in Los Angeles El Dio de los Muertos is very popular and little coffins, skulls and skeletons can be bought at many Mexican stores. I'll stock up some to take home with me to Dmitrov!

Can't wait to see my husband's face when I pull those out of the suitcase! 2 weeks ago I was in Louisiana and in a gift shop I found a real baby alligator head that had been lacquered. Yessiree Bob, it's in my bag. Just hope customs doesn't take it away........

I've done this so many times! It seems like I always open my umbrella while I'm still in my apartment. But I must say that it hasn't been a sign of bad luck for me yet, which brings me to the conclusion that this superstition simply doesn't work!

Maybe whether superstitions work depends on the location It may as well be that opening an umbrella inside will cause you a bad luck when you're in England

Might be true.... I have a superstition that I made up myself that if I listen to a certain song on a Thursday, the whole day explodes and kills me!

Actually I know it isnt, this started when he was in middle school, he is now 25... I am only 17.

Seriously everything goes wrong with him on the 28, jail, accedents, rent money, car problems, illness, arguments, boss being a dick, really I think its true... But it could be that he thinks its bad so it turns out bad, you know?
