You can also say "Как ваше имя?" for "what is your name?"
Какая разница, умереть богатым или бедным?

How do you say "what is your full name?"

    My attempt:
    Как ваше имя с фамилией?

Although not really important, I think maintaining "z' sound is a little better in this frase:

    1. как вас зовут? kak vaz zovut?

    Classical Runglish language: Ё фамилиё?

    P.S. Don't use it, it's a joke.

I use the BASIC 6 question words, in English language Journalism classes they are called "The 5 W's and an H"

    Who
    What
    When
    Where
    Why
    How

I wrote them down on a card in Russian with Phonetics too. I said it as a mantra to learn the BASIC words.
Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как. Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как.
Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как. Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как.
Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как. Кто. Что. Когда. Где. Пачему. Как.

I now remember them and it's a good way to keep people away from you on an American subway too. OK, a Russian guy talked to me about baseball and I scalped an extra ticket to him (face value + some beers). Some giggling Russian girls chatted with me too. Привет! Как дела. Меня зовут Капь Кадя (I need to work on that transliteration)
I'm easily amused late at night...

    .

    *lurk mode off*

"Пачему" should be Почему. Just to correct your useful mantra.

Perhaps Кайп Када would be closer to your username.

    *lurk mode back on*

It's English + Russian: What is your surname?

ё = your. Фамилиё = фамилия modified to rhyme with ё.
