Do you want to type some things in Russian, or do you want the whole OS to be natively based in Russian?Originally Posted by paasikivi

I think you can ask technical questions in English in all Russian Unix forums. For example http://linuxforum.ru/index.php?showforum=31Originally Posted by paasikivi

Type. And I want the keyboard to be in the order that I want (the same layout as in Windows).
When I used Linux (Gentoo), I found it most convenient to just use the standard* Russian keyboard. Between various computer labs translit layouts, Windows translit layout, and KDE translit layout, it was much easier just to bash my way through...Originally Posted by paasikivi
