All I hear is all these things about street fights and crimes and everything..

Is there anything good about russia?

Is it really this dangerous as i see on youtube and hear on TV and such?

Please explain ><

Unfortunately, the news generally shows the bad things happening, not the good things.

Don't believe the picture the media is painting, Russia is a great place, and no more unsafe than America for example.

По-моему, не помогает ни в чем чрезмерно волноваться про такие вещи, потому что во всех странах есть возможность, что ты тем или иным образом погибнешь. Машина тебя раздавит скорее, чем скинхеды тебя избьют насмерть или террористы тебя взорвут. Во всяком случае, надо обращать внимание на многие факторы. С кем и где ты будешь? Откуда ты и какой у тебя внешний вид? Что ты располагаешь делать в России?
