    Связной phones:

    Связной near Полянка metro station:

    Евросеть "inexpensive phones" page:
    http://euroset.ru/catalog/mobile/phones/?tag=19

As far as I understood from Google Maps, the closest Евросеть store's address is ул. Бол. Ордынка, 23. It's at Третьяковская metro station; quite close to Polyanka however.

I think sockets are different. That's the Russian socket:

But I believe you can buy an adapter which is dirt cheap.

It it the same voltage (220V AC 50Hz) as in Europe. There are adapters ("адаптер под евророзетку") for plugs but usually it works even without them.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

1)You can use Russian AC equipment in the UK but you need to buy an adapter. When I was in London such adapters were on sale in relevant shops in areas typically visited by tourists. I got mine in one in the Heathrow airport. The price was 4 pounds if I remember correctly.
The Russian plug is the same as the used in Germany.

    2) Yes, Russian mobile phone chargers' plugs have 2 pins.

    3) Using UK chargers is probably OK, since keeping the output DC current characteristics is the cheapest and easiest way for a manufacturer, but no-one can promise that.
