It does. You can click on a word, then press Ctrl + C + C and it will be looked up in Lingvo (all Lingvo versions). Lingvo x5 allows also to point to a word with mouse, press and hold Ctrl key and see the popup (this feature has to be turned on in Lingvo Settings).
