Go to "options" and choose "preferences". There in "General preferences" section choose "playlist" and on the right you will find a dropdown menu with fonts. Then choose a font that supports Cyrillic (I have Ariel and it does).

Of course, it didn't, because your Arial don't contain Cyrillic letters. Install some other Cyrillic fonts and take into account that there are two main Russian encodings: cp1251 and KOI8-R. If first don't work, try second.
My English isn't so good, зато с русским все в порядке ))
I'll be very thankful, if you correct my mistakes.

It'll hurt my brain, I'm not even gonna try. I'm quite fine with making it say Zemfira - Trafik, Tatu - Ya Tvoj Vrad, etc.

I believe that this is the same problem I have had with my Windows Media Player playlist and Russian Microsoft Outlook, and that, if you are working on XP, you just need to change the default code page. You go Control Panel ->Regional and Language Options->choose Advanced tab -> and then under "Language for non-Unicode programs" choose Russian. You'll need to restart for the changes to take effect.
Note that if your version of Windows is not XP, or, especially, if it's not an English language version of Windows, I can't guarantee that it will work and it may conceivably screw up your computer.
There's a page on the Web about this issue somewhere. If indeed that is the issue.

In any case you shoud really at least post the Operating System you're using when you ask for help with stuff like this.

I accidently set that to Japanese once.
Then I went to play some game and the disk wasn't in and it yelled at me in Japanese. I cried. No, not really. I should have though. I dunno.
