use Yandex.ru in order to search in russian web segment.
Or mail.ru, rambler.ru - these days less popular, but still "our" search engines.

Your query may sound like:

-работа в гостиницах
-работа в отелях
-работа в horeca
-работа в хорека
-вакансии гостиницы

итд...
