Do You Know a Good Text Reader

    Hello,

I seek a program that I can write in russian texts at it reads those text to me in a correct native Russian accent. And I also would like to compile them as an audio file so that I can load it to my phone and listen to it on the go to spend the time efficiently. You know a reliable one? Thanks in advance.

I don't think that it is a good idea to learn from such readers. Usually they pronounce correctly separate words from their database but fail to reproduce intonation when reading sentences.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

    Yeah, speech synthesis sucks.

So the best option so far is to use a text and an audiobook player (like WorkAudioBook, for example).

You can try out Loquendo Olga or Dmitri for now. There’re about 15 percent wrong stresses and some other imperfections in their speech, but still it’s a relatively reasonable trade-off.

Also check out Ivona Voices homepage from time to time. I expect their Russian voice to be great. IVONA VOICES
As for a good speech reader and recorder, you can download free Balabolka program.

PS. I assume you’re running Windows.
