Dinlot's ranting & misinformations (no politics!)

The USA bourgeoisie ideologists and Soviets define socialism and communism differently. For USA, socialism is partial nationalizations of basic industries while communism completely nationalizes all sectors of the economy including land. The Soviets define communism as the last stage to be attained after socialism which previously is attained. Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto called for the complete nationalization of all sectors of the economy including guilds, artisans and complete collectivization of land. Soviet socialism collapsed because of a number of factors. Dissatisfaction among consumers. But all benefits which citizens under USA have ever dreamed of were present. There were apartments where you only pay 6% of your salary. Hydro and electricity are free. Health care are totally free. A Soviet Lada car costs only 800 roubles which is 2 months pay. But it was hard for Soviet citizens to find toothpastes and soap. But there are solutions to these problems. Only if resources bound for industrialization and military were transferred to manufacturing necessities of life, there would be abundance. We were confronted by the arms race. Because the Soviets cannot struggle through the arms race, resources eat the manufacturing sector. If only there was world peace, then the Soviet Union should had been a Paradise.

Putin might be a neoliberal but has implemented socialist features in Russia. Billions of funds for education were set aside for the deserving. Almost all narrow-minded Russians are amazed with fast cars, HDTV, American movies, and life in America. But we communists can see through the silhouette. The more you patronize these American products like CDs, movies, cars, computers, the more our own countries suffer. Our national bourgeoisie cannot sell their products always outcompeted by US because of the brainwashing done by American movies. Communists like me would rather prepare an organic chicken sandwich in my kitchen rather than McDonalds. I would rather patronize the Soviet Lada which can bring you tens of thousands of miles away from Moscow. I drink water. Not Coke. I consider myself a patriotic Canadian who would rather go to the tailor than buy those American imported Levis bluejeans.

dinlot, there is nothing special about that car. It is definately not a car of anyone's dream.
In its origin, it is a deeply modernized Fiat 124, and after this modernization, it has been produced for 30 years without significant changes.
Not only its production technologies became outdated by 80s, but also its build quality was unbelievably terrible.
It is very easy to propaganda советский автопром when you can buy any modern car, as well as it is very easy to propaganda comminism, living in the capitalistic USA and being able to use all the benefits of the modern civilization.
I seriously doubt if you could be driving Soviet Lada for "tens of thousands of miles" without having to damn Lada, USSR, Karl Marx and communism.

Since nobody among debaters would not want to lose without putting up a response, well my argument is, you do not need a modern car to satisfy your want. For all you know, fast and highly modern cars are causes of accidents. A Lada will suit me because only the whining spoiled brats of ____ would grumble if their cars would not go at 220 kph. I am a simple man of simple taste. As long as it runs, ok!

Just in any country, the legislative assembly enacts the law and the judiciary interprets them but with a pending case before them. Russian legal system is fair. Even if it does not suit the ideology of the ruling party, a criminal will surely merit a conviction because judges in Russian courts cannot be bought. Besides with the cops as witness, who would dare obstruct justice. Even during the times of Stalin, criminal law is strictly enforced. Thus a pickpocket from Rumania expects to be in jail no matter how extremely Marxist he is. Rapists and murderers are hanged in the gallows too.

I? I actually do. If you do not, you can buy a Lada 4x4 (VAZ-2121), that is a direct descendant of soviet VAZ-2101. Just 440000 roubles, and it is yours.

Modern cars are also causes of your rescue in accidents. By the way, I have believed that real causes of road accidents are men and women who drive their "fast and highly modern cars" at 220kph, not cars themself.
Lada, that has no ABS, no ESP, no airbags and collapses into a deadly piece of steel in a frontal collision at 70kph, hardly can protect you from any "fast and modern car".

It does not. Not to mention the fact that it has uncomfortable seats, no air conditioning, no steering wheel adjustment, no steering booster and other inconveniences; it just does not run. That car begins falling to pieces the next day after buying it.

Very few people had salary of 400 rubles per month. It was 150-200 rubles typically. And the cost of Lada was eight thousand rubles.

AS NARRATED BY DINLOT, A CONVINCED COMMUNIST

I was lucky to be invited at Parliament Hill
My feelings drifted from gloom to thrill
What was I going to wear on that ballroom dance
On which everyone was eager to get his chance
A Member of Parliament took the time to invite
Me to a dance dressed the grooviest that night
I made a polite gesture of rejection
That caused her melancholy and dejection
I'm sorry Ma'm but I'm looked down upon as a leper
A communist like me deserves only to be a house helper
Manning the kitchen and serving (pause)
Well, I'm a leper, too, dinlot, 'undeserving'
Answers resonated inside their sensitive cochleas to hear
Caused their conscious minds to remain astir
Thus were convinced of our zeal such that we can tease
That we were made Party members with such ease

    dinlot

Please allow me to express myself, sir Lampada. Nobody is correcting my translations anymore. So I guess I am not welcome here. Last one before you ban me.

This is because you make the same mistakes over and over again. It is tiresome to write something like "accusative of поднос is поднос, not подноса" every time without any chance to see your progress.

All those "a tray loaded with homemade Russian specialities"-sentences are definitely too difficult to you now.
I have no idea what is your way of learning Russian, but now it looks totally random and messy.
You should learn basic grammar rules and practice lots and lots of simple sentences to make those rules work in your head.

    Declension:
    Я вижу моего кота.
    Я дал рыбы моему коту.
    Я пишу о моём коте.
Я пошел гулять с моим котом.
Мой кот любит рыбу и не любит молоко.
    У моего кота голубые глаза.

    Conjugation:
    я работаю
    мы работаем
    ты работаешь
    вы работаете
    он работает
    они работают

    Tenses:
    Я работаю.
    Я работал.
    Я буду работать.

    Aspects:
    Я читал книгу вчера.
    Я прочитал книгу вчера.

    Case government:
    вижу кого/что
    даю что кому/чему
    следую за кем/чем

    and so on.

Your best friends are Wiktionary and Lingvo Online. They have lots of sample sentences and grammatical constructions for every word.

Instead of feeling depressed, take some simple sentenses and do your best translating them to Russian right now.

Please help me. There is no other way to win the heart and mind of a Russian lady but to be proficient in Russian language. Love struck like a lightning bolt.

    PUTIN, EL HIJO DE DIOS!

The man has been greatly unperturbed with rumours swirling
Callousness has allegedly permeated his soul, though not his darling
Whatever was his negative distinguishing characteristic
Was negated by his premeditated move to resign from his clique
His good predecessor's effort to legislate has failed
His concocted culpabilities in Chechyna were obscurely detailed
Law enforcement under his turf was unfairly criticized in Yukos
What else can he do but to balance his act or the world becomes bellicose
Russia has no tradition of overruling her political masters
But some have been exploiting the silence of that man of hers
Irresponsible semantics have greatly influenced public opinion
Altered the perception of a man obsessed with glorifying God and His minion
I'd say leave the man along or give him wide breathing space
In that way he can exit gracefully and let his successor provide him carapace*

    THE SOCIALIST MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE

It has been my lifelong ambition and enduring dream
Printed on hundreds of sheets of paper that equal one ream
Closet communist and socialist liberal that I am
Patriotic and loyal, from CPUSA to Uncle Sam,
That there comes a day when I become a liberal politician
Feign those grandiose plans and remain an anti-war tactician
And that when I become the great, great American president
Resilient that I am would give a hint: I am your commie president
Thus shall I create chaos and anarchy, in Congress, uproar
Well, watch and see those Chinese spies and DGIs laugh and roar
Shall I make a fool of myself when I make it known, such as in this era
We want to dispel the myth: we are such 'useful idiots', my dear Elvira
Try mocking me for economic sabotage and defrauding the American public
And I shall put you and Hillary, behind bars for making love to me, a lunatic

    Signed: Barack Obama and dinlot
