Could someone please translate the message on this poster for me?

Where did you get this from? It is half slang, half not properly spelled words. There is one word I don't understand (напас), I guess it is some modern slang for some sort of drugs... Basically it says in a rude way (replace the very first letter with х) that you won't get напас (whatever it is) and that drugs are bad. I guess it's an anti-drug poster made appealing for teens... However, I may be completely off depending on what actually напас means....

I got this from a LiveJournal that I read.

I have the same feeling as you as far as what the meaning is, but an American friend asked me to translate and I was unable to do so.

OK, I found that напас=one draw(inhaling) of marijuana. So, the polite translation would look something like that:

You won't get a draw and besides the drugs are bad, understood?

"Х@@ тебе, а не something" is an extremely rude way to say that you won't get that something...
