"Don't start to put in action your investment before the receipt/reception of the approving letter"
"Don't start to put in action your investment before the receipt/reception of the approving letter"
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.
I'm risking ending up terribly wrong but...
I think receipt is the correct word there
Reception is more abput how you greet someone
I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.
The original sentence IMHO doesn't sound natural, maybe:
Don't start to put into action your investments before you receive the approval letter.
