Hi, guys.
Does anyone know what the term "open users" means in the marketing context?
Declining disposition levels are most evident among Open users.
Do we have a marketing guru here?

Marketing doesn't exist! It's like astrology.

This could mean anything. Including simply wrong word usage in the original text. During my years working as a translator I learnt to always assume the author's being an idiot. Well, incompetent at least. It helps tremendously! Are you sure he/she is a native English speaker?
Can you provide more context? If anything fails you can always translate it as открытый пользователь. Marketologists always operate words and terms that sound important, if you don't understand something don't show it on your face, just nod knowingly.

Вот точно так же сижу и гадаю. Контекста недостаточно, чтоб можно было с уверенностью о чем-то говорить. Поэтому была надежда: вдруг это какой-то общеизвестный термин. Ну, на нет и суда нет. )
