When do you pronounce the Sheva, and when don't you. I mean the : mark

Like in שְׁמִי [shmi] it is silent, but in מְדַבֵּר [medaber] it is like an e/schwa sound.

The one at the end (that's the furthest left :D ) ך is a "Qaf sofit" (final Qaf) which is pronounced like Russian Х but more throaty or a К. Some letters look...
