No. Firstly Петя is short for Пётр (Peter). Secondly, Вы ALWAYS takes plural forms, no matter if it reffers to one...
Don't confuse всё with все
It goes like this:

Masc: Весь
Fem: Вся
Neut: Всё
Plu: Все
In your example it is Всё
