Is it correct to make the coherence as follows?

"to be looking forward" = "to hope" (roughly)
"to keep his mouth shut" = "to be silent" (roughly)

Второй вариант больше подходит и по смыслу.

We are looking forward that he will keep his mouth shut while in Switzerland (from April 24 to May 10). :)
