When you use "вы" as singular, it's written from a capital letter.
In Russia such request is strange...
- Эй, сигаретки не найдётся?
- Извини, у меня последняя.
I'm always getting mad when a person, who recieves such answer asks "Покурим?", that means that he/she wants to share the cigarette....
