Are the two words interchangeable in the below example phrases?

Простите, я нечаянно.

Извините за беспокойство.

Извините, я совсем не хотел вас обидеть.

As the title suggests: Are "Извините" and "Простите" interchangeable? Is there any difference between the two words at all?
