It's definately под каблуком (hence подкаблучники - henpecked husbands). Под башмаком is incorrect (likewise, подбашмачники* doesn't exist).
Come on, people, most of those sayings are obsolete, no one really uses them in today's Russia. Maybe 0.1% of the sayings quoted are used, not more.
