No, there is no "y" there.
The phonetic structure is [с'иб'а] (the apostrophe denotes soft consonants).
Why do you say "чувствую себья" instead of "чувствую себя"? Did not you read on this forum that there is no "й" sound in "я" when it follows a consonant?
