I'm totally agreed with chaika. There is no vowel sound between гд. Just say the г sound a bit weaker and everything sounds ok: где-гДЕ, когда -КАгДА' or even КАДА', здравствуйте - зДРА'С-ТВУЙ-ТЕ or...
