I don't understand what you are talking about. "Предвидеться" is intransitive. :-o
They are all intransitive.
So what does that mean? To me, the sentence has no sense, either.
P.S. Okay, I've re-read it some times, and now I see some sense in it. :)
But it looks rather like a word play of some kind.
