Во вторник я хожу к доктору - it should be either "По вторникам я хожу к доктору" (every Tuesday I visit my doctor) or "Во вторник я иду к доктору" ([Next/this] Tuesday I'm going to my doctor).

"Чем" requires the nominative case here.
You can say:
Он выше меня (genitive).
or
Он выше, чем я (nominative).
Thanks... Actually I didn't mean to ask what's the difference in the spelling systems, I just meant British spelling in my posts. :) So you were talking about "capitalise", got it now. :)

I think I wanted just define more exactly what the sentence meant. By the way, "я куплю что-нибудь, наверное" doesn't sound very natural here. It confused me a bit, too.
They use wann for "when"...

This sentence is a bit strange... I'm afraid I don't catch what you mean writing "тема".
P.S. "после того, как я прочитал" is wrong here.
P.P.S. You could say "после того, как я прочитаю...
It sounds bad in this context. Better: Вы мне очень помогли.
