I don't know any of these kind of websites because I use a dictionary and it tells me everything I want to know about the verbs.

The suffix ся makes the verb whether reflexive, passive or intransitive. And sometimes the verb has a slightly or complete different meaning. Also, some verbs exist only with the suffix.

I think the reason is a different subject in each sentence.
- "как [они] это пишут"... (они is the subject but we don't say it)
- "как это пишется" (reflexive verb, это is the subject)
