    Давай пойдем в кино! - Let's go to the cinema (notice verb of motion needed for "let's go")
    давай, быстрее! - Come on!...

    пошёл means the same as пошли, you say it when you are leaving.

    "пошёл на ***" or plainly "пошёл ты" means "get lost"
