I've got the book - it's excellent, I think. Very thorough (better be, if it's calling itself "comprehensive" :lol: ).

It's supposed to be excellent. I've ordered a copy for myself... I was going to get the workbook as well, but they both cost about $67 ($A) - so I'll wait to see how I go first.
