I´ll change some words according to the person I´m talking to. If I´m talking to my friend, I´ll ask 'не хотел ли бы ты...?' is it that?

I´d like to know how can I say Would you like...? in Russian. I found I need to use бы, but I get confused when I try to make a question, I mean, I don´t know exactly the word order....
