I really liked the song so I named my account after it. I always pictured 'devchonkoi' to be a little girl, and since I was born in the 1990s.. hehehe well, I am not so little anymore! And also saying "родился" you imply you're male. Again, your nickname sounds somewhat weird because names are usually expected to be in Nominative when you introduce yourself. Your nickname rather expresses some condition than just the fact of being a black-eyed girl.
