Everybody and anybody are not the best choice of words (in this context), I think. Bur even if you want to pose a question, say, using those words, it would be:
What language does *everybody* use there?

At what time do people usually use/go online on /chat on Skype?In the evening?
What language is most spoken there?

....
How i can do this -> How can I do this?
etc.

(Corrections are welcome, I'm not a native English speaker)

I just don't know whether "people on Skype" is correct or not. I have read "people at Skype" a few times.
