Thread: Hello/ Привет from Canada!

Hello, my name is Sandor.
I'm half Hungarian on my fathers side, however I was born and raised in Canada and unfortunately that means I only know English and have only had a good opportunity to learn Quebec French in school. I am however very happy knowing the English and French that I do.

I have signed up here because I am very interested in learning Russian. I've been teaching myself since new years day two years ago.
I've only been teaching myself on and off through the two year period, just picking up some vocabulary and some grammar.
I taught myself the Cyrillic alphabet on day one. Personally I found it very easy, so I'm happy about that.
I've really been focusing on my reading speed and pronunciation and I've made great progress.
My goal is to be fluent in Russian and I plan on devoting as much time as it takes to accomplish that goal.

I am very interested in all languages.
I've also focused on:
- Greek; (Alphabet, some grammar and vocabulary.)
- Georgian; (Alphabet, some grammar and vocabulary.)
- Hungarian; (Alphabet, some grammar and vocabulary.)
- and Italian. (Grammar and a good vocabulary.)

I'm no teacher, but I'd be happy to help people with English
